1. Shipping Options & Rates
We offer a variety of delivery options to ensure your market goods arrive exactly when you need them. Orders over $150 qualify for complimentary Standard Delivery.

2. Delivery Zones
Emarese Fresh Market proudly ships to all 50 states within the US. Because we specialize in highly perishable and temperature-sensitive gourmet items, we currently do not offer international shipping.
- Contiguous US: Full access to all shipping methods.
- Alaska & Hawaii: Restricted to Overnight Express to guarantee food safety. Additional surcharges may apply at checkout.
- P.O. Boxes: We cannot deliver perishable goods to P.O. Boxes. A physical address is required.
3. Order Processing Times
Perfection takes a moment. All market orders are hand-picked and carefully packed by our dedicated concierge team.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (EST) Monday through Thursday are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM, or on weekends and holidays, will be processed the following business day to prevent perishables from sitting in transit over the weekend.
4. Our Freshness Packaging
Climate-Controlled Transit
We treat your food with the utmost respect. All perishable items (cheeses, fresh produce, meats) are shipped in custom, eco-friendly insulated liners packed with gel ice packs or dry ice. This guarantees your items remain at the optimal temperature for up to 48 hours in transit, arriving as fresh as if you picked them up in-store.
5. Order Tracking
The moment your market order leaves our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a live tracking link. You can also monitor the real-time status of your delivery at any time by visiting our Track Order page or logging into your Account Dashboard.
6. Missing or Damaged Items
Your satisfaction is our absolute priority. If your order arrives damaged, missing an item, or fails to meet our strict freshness standards, please contact our concierge team within 24 hours of delivery.
To expedite the resolution process, please retain the original packaging and take a photo of the damaged items. We will gladly issue a replacement or a full refund.
